Employee welfare

We take care of our Employees wellness as it is the critical success factor of the company. Four guiding principles which drives our company’s success in maintaining our strong workforce are FUN, SAFE, RELAXED, EASE. These principles are considered in every aspect of the planning whether setting the targets or process planning or what so ever.

CRECHE FACILITY

We have a dedicated Creche facility for our Employees kids and appointed Full time care takers. We make the kids home comfort and conduct fun learning sessions to make them happy. There are more than 20 kids currently enjoying the Creche facility and environment

This also make our Women workers more relaxed by being in the close proximity of the kids during the work

FARMING with FUN & SUBSTANCE

We have a farmland where we grow natural vegetables, greens and spices without any pesticides. We provide the fresh farm produce to our workers once harvested and encourages to lead a healthy life.

The Farm is co-maintained by our staff members. We also grow and gift a teak tree to our employees who works more than 7 years in our organisation which will benefit them even when they are retired.

KEY EVENTS & EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION

Every year, we have lot of events to keep our employees happy and healthy !! Both Physically and Mentally. We have Annual Sports day and all our employees will be participating in the various Sports and Games conducted by the Sports Committee Task force. Annual long distance tour for all our employees with their kids is quite refreshing for them and it really helps in getting a time out of work and have a personal bond between them.

We conduct training programs on Safety, Health, Personal development, Company Policies, Social Compliance and many other topics to improve the awareness and keep ourselves updated. Apart from this, we also conduct Medical camps for employees with the association of Government and Private Hospitals.

We treat every person as a part of our Family and the reflection can be seen in our Factory, in the Process and in the Product Quality we deliver.
